I have been in the Career Placement Industry for over 35 years and was in perfect positioning to use the exact same skills I used as a Professional Headhunter to launch a Personal and Confiential Matchmaking Service. I would send out an application that they had to fill out on their own (No AI can do that for them), then I would research their work or career history, call up their references personally, conduct background checks, personality tests, integrity tests (similar to but not quite the same as a polygraph) and instead of obtaining a photoshop picture, I would conduct and record a real-time Zoom interview for our files. Nothing alterned, no AI, No Photoshops. 100% Human!
